The Tramuntana Range (Serra de Tramuntana) was awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great physical and cultural significance. It is one of the most beautiful places I have been to. A collection of photos from Mallorca will be added soon. 73!

St. Kilda expedition is over. It was an excellent trip and an adventure. 12.000 QSOs were made from Monachs and St. Kilda and all operators are now back home. We were really lucky with the weather. The sea was calm during the trip. Night shifts were very tough with rain and cold throughout. Full story of the trip is available here. All operators are now back home without major injuries. Ramon had a bad fall on the last day and broke his arm, he is in the cast but is recovering fast. QSL cards have been designed and are now in the print.

Update: either tomorrow or on Wednesday evening between 6 and 10 PM GMT I hoping to  activate one of the nearby National Parks of Senegal. Operation on 14 MHz only using a short whip antenna. Do not expect a strong signal but hopefully it will be enough to give a rare 6WFF to some of the WFF chaisers. Check for an update on this web site tomorrow for exact reference number and time.
