CQWW CW 2009 - participation in SOSB 40 HP. First serious effort in HP monoband. Thanks to all for the great feedback on the CQWW Analyzer. I am glad you find it useful. I came back from Senegal two weeks ago and found my mail box was full of evelopes with QSL requests. 6W/EI6DX cards are being printed, thank you for your patience. See you in test!

CQWW SSB 2009 - participation in SOSB 20 QRP section. Operating from the usual contest location in Brittas Bay, Co. Wicklow. Target: to work as many zones and DXCC as possible and prepare for CQWW CW in November.

As part of the preparation we have put together a small application that parsed all CQWW 2008 and 2007 logs, calculates QSO rates and aggregates it up by time, band, zones and other parameters. It is quite useful for planning SB activity. Over 10 million contacts from almost 20.000 logs have been parsed. Here is the link.

SOSB 40 CW High Power from Northern Wicklow. Using ACOM for the first time from the contest QTH. Top loading for 80 will be tried. In CQWW 160 last month I only had 23 khz of usable space. Hopefully it will give me extra 20 khz on the band. Target: 800 QSOs.
