This web site is used to announce EI6DX IOTA DX-peditions and to share photos with friends and family members most of whom live abroad.
EI6DX activity is mainly in contests and from IOTA and WFF locations. Main mode of operation is CW. Favorite bands: 80 and 40 metres. EI6DX is active over weekends usually once a month from a contest location in Brittas Bay or during trips to islands off the Irish coast. Outside of contests I am on the air during weekends in autumn and winter. My DX-pedition season ends in May.
We usually spend our holidays in France where DXings fills small gaps between windsurfing in summer and snowboarding in winter. I am a big fan of winter sports and try to go skiing in Austria or Czech Republic yearly. That explains F/OE/OK/EI6DX that are heard from time to time.
